‘The King is gone but he’s not forgotten!’ Chelsea FanCast #321 Date: 27th May 2015 at 1:17 pM

Stamford Chidge is joined by Dan Silver, Jonathan Kydd and Mark Worrall the author of ‘Over land and sea'; ‘One man went to mow’ and ‘Chelsea here Chelsea there’ to discuss a very celebratory final match of the season.
4608410All good things must come to an end, and it was good to see Chelsea round off their title winning season with a 3-1 defeat of Sunderland. Even better to see Remy put in a decent performance and score two goals; hopefully he’ll be with us next season. Sadly there are likely to be several players who won’t be but it was nice to give a fond farewell to Didier Drogba, Petr Cech and quite possibly Jon Obi Mikel. All in all a great season and a great finale – there is nothing like seeing the Premier League trophy being lifted at Stamford Bridge!
On the show tonight we’ll be kicking off with the ratings for the Sunderland game as written by Mark and awarding our man of the match.
After that we’ll be saying some fond farewells to Didier Drogba and Petr Cech, and applauding the atmosphere on a wonderful celebratory day.
We’ll then be looking back at this title winning season and praising Jose Mourinho, Roman Abramovich and asking how do we build on this for next season
To wrap up we’ll have our usual Chelsea FanCast round up, including news of the Chelsea Supporters Trust Virtual General Meeting, which the Chelsea FanCast will be hosting at 7.00 pm on Wednesday 27th May. To take part in the meeting you can listen live on mixlr
