Liverpool are closing in on the signing of Barcelona right-back Dani
Alves, remaining hopeful of pipping the likes of Manchester United to a
deal for the Brazilian.
Manchester United's Javier Hernandez is a summer transfer target for
Southampton. The 26-year-old is currently on loan at Real Madrid but is
struggling for regular first-team football. Tottenham, Stoke and Everton
are also interested.
West Ham will offer Aaron Cresswell a new contract because they fear
Manchester City will move for the 25-year-old left-back. Cresswell only
joined in the summer and has four years left on his current deal.
Liverpool have opened talks with Joe Allen over a new contract at
Anfield. Brendan Rodgers signed the Welshman from former club Swansea
and his impressive recent displays have led to rumours of a new deal.
Arsenal have told West Ham that it will cost them €14 million to sign
right-back Carl Jenkinson in the summer. The 23-year-old has spent this
season on loan at Upton Park.
Internazionale Milano wants to offer a three-years-contract to Jeremy Toulalan from AS Monaco.
Tottenham are hoping to beat Southampton to a permanent deal for
defender Toby Alderweireld. The Saints have an option to make his loan
deal permanent but Spurs are hoping he will move to White Hart Lane.
Real Madrid have agreed a deal with Juventus that will see midfielder
Paul Pogba move to the Bernabeu at the end of next season with Carlo
Ancelotti needing to sell some midfield stars before his arrival.
Manchester City midfielder James Milner has held talks with AC Milan,
Inter and Roma as well as two clubs in Spain as he considers leaving
the Etihad when his contract expires at the end of the season.
